点评:We travelled over 13 hours to Sani Resort from Asia specifically for the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center experience, but unfortunately, it has been a major disappointment.
Despite the strong brand association, the reality fell short in almost every way. The center is clearly overwhelmed during the summer — too few courts and not enough coaches to meet high demand. We witnessed administrative lapses, like one instance where a 12-year-old was mistakenly placed in a class for 4–6-year-olds.
Our personal experience was underwhelming, especially given the expectations set by others’ glowing reviews. Sadly, it did not live up to the standard one would expect from a facility carrying Rafael Nadal’s name.
To add to the frustration, I felt that the management was just disengaged and did not seem very friendly at all.
This tennis center has immense potential, but the operational execution and customer service need improvement. Until then, the experience remains far from what we would have expected from a big tennis brand like Rafa Nadal Tennis.
