Christening lunch celebration
Theydon Bois Golf Club的点评
点评：Lovely lunch at Theydon Bois Golf Club with our family and friends to celebrate a christening.
The clubhouse is open to members and non members for food and drink and there is often a plate of freshly baked sausage rolls waiting on the bar to enjoy whilst you wait for your drink which kept everyone happy today.
There are lovely views across the golf course from the dining room and there is also a wonderful terrace outside the dining area to enjoy a drink and the views over the putting green and the course into the forest.
The Sunday roast was delicious and plentiful with a beautiful choice of 3 deserts to finish off and they were also able to easily cater for dairy allergies within the group and all at a reasonable price.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space for the children to run around and have fun whilst the adults socialised
It was easily accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility with various seating options throughout for everyone.
There was not only the table and chairs in the dining area but various sofas and arm chairs in the bar area and more tables and chairs out on the terrace plus a smaller room off the entrance hall with more seating, a coffee machine and a dart board.
The bathrooms could do with a makeover and updating as there are some toilet seats that are loose, tiles falling off the walls and broken toilet roll holders. There is no baby change facilities in the disabled toilet but there is space for one to be installed on the wall which would be useful for families attending with young ones.
