点评：We had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive throughout our visit.
One thing that really stood out was how well they kept the play areas organised. They were constantly returning unused role-play items to their proper places, which meant all the children could enjoy each area as it was intended instead of everything ending up in one big jumble. Anyone with toddlers will know that's no small task, so hats off to the team!
The staff also went above and beyond in so many ways. My little boy asked me for a babyccino while I was busy feeding my baby. I suggested he ask the ladies behind the counter, and it was no trouble at all. They brought his babyccino over to us, and I was able to pay once I'd finished feeding my baby. That level of kindness and understanding really meant a lot.
They even helped my little boy win a specific toy from the grabber machine. He was absolutely over the moon and so grateful!
It's clear the team genuinely cares about creating a great experience for families. We can't wait to come back!
