A Disappointing Experience That Became Genuinely Frightening

点评：The whole experience was extremely disappointing and, by the end, genuinely frightening.
We paid €1,000 for a five-hour experience, but the actual experience lasted only around three and a half hours. Unfortunately, the main issue was the driver’s behaviour. He was repeatedly rude and made inappropriate comments throughout the experience. At one point, he was asking us for alcohol and saying things like, “Where is my glass?”, staying all the time with us and eventually drinking something his that looked like alcohol.
As the weather changed and rain was approaching, he became increasingly anxious and agitated. When he decided to stop the whole experience and said that we were returning, one of the girls in our group was still in the water. She needed some extra time to swim back because she is a slow swimmer and the waves were pulling her away. Instead of waiting patiently, he was screaming at her. His behaviour was extremely rude and made an already stressful situation much worse.
When we explained that the experience had lasted significantly less than the five hours we had paid for and offered to pay a reduced amount accordingly, his reaction was extremely aggressive. He picked up a stick and threatened us, saying that if we paid him less, he would break the car.
At that point, the situation became genuinely scary. Regardless of any disagreement about the price or duration, threatening customers is completely unacceptable.
Overall, what should have been an enjoyable experience turned into a very uncomfortable and frightening one. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this service.
