点评：I am truly grateful to Di and Ros from The Other Animals Safaris for their wonderful support during this period of extreme stress and anxiety. I had booked a safari package with them in early February before the escalation of the Middle East conflict.
Given the current situation, I requested to postpone my trip until travel conditions are deemed safe. Additionally, due to work commitments of my family members, it may not be possible for us to travel even within this year.
They have very kindly agreed to my request, for which I am extremely grateful. They have allowed my deposit to be retained as credit, with the balance to be paid once we are able to confirm our new travel dates.
Additionally, Ros has been incredibly attentive to all my Whatsapp messages and consistently supportive throughout this period. I have lost count of how many times I have messaged her, yet she has always responded with patience and understanding, never once showing any sign of impatience. She has also been very accommodating in offering to adjust my booking dates where possible to suit our situation.
My family and I are truly appreciative of Di's and Ros's efforts. Thank You once again.
