点评：The Georgia Renaissance Festival in Fairburn is just about 30 minutes to an hour southwest of Atlanta. It does depend on where you're coming from, but once you are on I-85S past the airport it's a very easy drive.
The festival has a permanent dedicated venue with an entire village of buildings, rides, jousting arena, and more. I have been going almost every year for the last several years and it is always a good time.
They have different themed events throughout the season, so you can try to target one of those or just go whenever you are free. This past weekend had a bring your pet day, complete with pet costume contest. It was a delight seeing all of the dogs and cats around the festival.
Ren fairs in general are great fun, and this one does not disappoint. You can take part in the costumes, or just go to people watch and take in the environment. Fun for all ages!
