点评：Our Group first requested a quote in July 2025 for a November trip for a group of 20 planned for 2026. Their quote was based on our detailed itinerary, which made it clear that we would do some rail trail days and some hiking days etc. We asked if they did extras such as transfers beyond the trails heads and back and were told that was possible. We we still happy to pay for luggage transfers as per their quote and some other local transfers, so it was estimated at $390 per person for the trip. I sent an email requesting a final quote and confirming costs on the 2nd of October, and on the 5th the replied saying they would repsond after the school holidays (ending 10th october). There was no further response until I following up politely by email on the 17th and then 31st (no reply). I called a few times and then heard on their out of office message they had taken a holiday. I left a message asking for a clll back with a staff member. Still no response by 14th November, so I sent an email saying it was fine to cancel but that we'd appreciate time to lock something else in. On the 15th there was an email reply to say that they weren't taking the booking as it was too customised. Overall, there was a lot of time wasted and the communication was quite poor.
