点评：We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Geise Farm in Thurso, and it truly was a magical experience from start to finish. The setting is breathtaking – beautiful, peaceful views all around – but what really makes this place special is the love and care that clearly goes into looking after the animals.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear the animals are not just well-kept, but genuinely happy. We were delighted to see donkeys and ponies lazily enjoying a snooze in the sun, then wandering over for a pet like old friends. We even had a surprise encounter with a group of alpacas casually taking themselves out for a stroll – a moment that felt straight out of a storybook!
There’s such a wonderful variety of animals here – from the majestic Maine Coon cats and colourful peacocks to the cheeky Pygmy goats, ducks, chickens, and the ever-curious meerkats who stole our hearts.
A special mention goes to Stevie, whose passion for the farm is evident in every corner. It’s clear he lives and breathes this place, and that energy shines through in how relaxed and content all the animals are.
Whether you’re an animal lover or just looking for a peaceful, heartwarming experience in the Highlands, Geise Farm is a must-visit. We left with huge smiles and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
