Our option was to go on Friday. I emailed back and asked were they sure the boat would go on Friday because we had other plans that would need to be canceled. No response. Finally got an email saying since I didn't respond, the Friday cruise was full. We could go on Saturday. But if that didn't work for us we would get a refund. We were leaving Saturday so I requested a refund and was told it would take 30 days. I have emailed three times and left a message on WhatsApp. I got a response to my first email saying 'I'll look into it.' As of today, April 22, no refund. No additional correspondence.
