Seeing the steep hillsides where the vines thrive, meticulously tended and harvested by hand, deepened our appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each bottle. And kudos to Giulia’s mother for driving the minivan up the narrow hillside roads with the skill of a champion rally car driver.
