Incredible Experience with Minor Caveats

点评：We did the pasta-making course which included wine tasting, cheese tasting and lunch and what a wonderful experience it was. My wife, daughter (4), and I had an incredible morning and afternoon making thee different kinds of pasta with our amazing teacher, Marta and a great group of people. You really get your hands dirty in the class, which we loved, and everyone was super supportive of my daughter assisting with the different tasks. The cheese tasting was phenomenal, all our food was delicious, and the views breathtaking. My only complaint is that we were charged full price for my 4-year old, despite the fact that she could not participate in the wine tasting, and was never going to eat even close to what an adult or older child could. Our experience in Italy was overwhelmingly positive and generous when it came to my daughter, but I was shocked that they would charge almost $200 USD for a 4-year old. I would also note that this place is very much priced at American prices, and not the local prices you see at many of the restaurants in the area. All-in-all a very positive experience with those few caveats.
