Bluestone State Park的点评
点评：We visited this park after this area of WV got a lot of rain. Apparently, this flooded the campground & they were closed to campers when we drove through. Lots of mud in the sites, but it looked like they were working on getting it back in order.
Easy to get to from Hwy 20. They have an overlook on Hwy 20 that we stopped at. The road into the park is twisty, but nicely paved. The office was nice & the lady working was friendly. I got a map & we drove on. The road goes to the right up or the left down.
The right goes to cabins, but we wanted the river so down we went. There's a lot of trailheads from the road. From the descriptions there were only a couple of easy ones.
We drove through the campground. It's small - only 32 sites. The best sites (if it's not flooding) are by the river. Sites 13/14/15. I liked site 14 the best. These have good views. Unfortunately, they are also tent sites according to the map & primitive. If you have something small maybe they're let you have the site? If you had solar that would work.
The rest of the sites are electric with 7 water & electric. It looks like they have 4 handicapped sites. I wasn't that impressed with the sites. Even overlooking the mud.
The bathhouse was higher than the campsites & we didn't go in, so maybe it was ok.
There was another campground down the road, but we didn't go.
Turning right out of the campground & further down this road is the boat launch. There were people fishing. They have a fishing pier also.
There were 3 waterfalls here. Not sure if they were true waterfalls or rain runoff, but they weren't on the map.
We were camping at Pipestem & the campground was better there. This campground & the whole park looked like a more rustic experience.

我们在Pipestem露营，那里的营地更好。这个营地和整个公园看起来更有乡村风情。
