Nice Park, But Poor Communication and Customer Service

点评：As a theme park, I would give Doha Quest 5 stars. The attractions are excellent and the park itself is enjoyable. However, when it comes to management and professionalism, I would give it zero stars.
Before making my hotel reservation, I contacted Doha Quest to ask whether staying at Banyan Tree Hotel would include access to Doha Quest. Through their representative, I was told that the answer was yes and that Banyan Tree would provide complimentary tickets.
Unfortunately, this information turned out to be incorrect. After checking into the hotel, I was informed that only specific hotel packages include Doha Quest tickets. As a result, I had to purchase tickets separately, although I was offered a small discount.
When I raised the issue with Doha Quest management, I was told it was simply a miscommunication. While mistakes can happen, I believe the situation was not handled professionally, especially considering that I had traveled from another country and relied on the information provided before making my booking.
Overall, the park itself is excellent, but the communication and customer service experience left much to be desired.
