Poor value for money

点评：Booked in advance for my sons 10th birthday party with a few friends.
We paid for a party package for 10 children and were very excited for him and his friends.
Upon arrival :-
We were early, party was booked for 4pm and we arrived at 3:30. The party room was pointed out for us and we were greeted by a polite and friendly guy. We sat and waited for the friends to arrive and were not spoken to until 3:55pm when a staff member called to ask for the kids names (3 kids at this point)
The rest arrived and kids were taken in. My 16 and 10 year old later told me they were shouted at by the staff member inside the room. (unacceptable)
They were told they had to follow 5 rules and none of them were told what the rules were.
Within 10mins 1 child came out crying with blood running down his chin. This was quickly dealt with by staff and he was given a free slush drink.
At the end of the first game the kids all came back to the party room. 5mins passed by and they were all asking for drinks (none had been provided)
We approach the counter and were given 2 small jugs of juice from the fridge (but only because we asked is drinks were provided).
Second game started and still no one had spoken to me or any parents to ask whos birthday it was.
We asked for more juice for after the second game and it seemed to take the whole game time to make.
After the second game 4 pizzas arrived at the table. No plates or napkins put out. We asked if the kids had anything else and were told that was it.
The kids ran around for 30mins after just playing with each other and then left.
No ice cream offered and no more drinks offered.
As we left we started to tidy up and only after 10mins we were told not to worry.
The whole time the staff were on phones and seemed like we were an inconvenience for being there.
The only upside was that the kids had fun inside but this experience was extremely poor value for money and not well organised.

第二场比赛结束后，桌子上端来了 4 个披萨。没有盘子或餐巾。我们问孩子们还有什么，他们说就这些了。
孩子们玩了 30 分钟后跑来跑去，然后就离开了。
没有冰淇淋，也没有饮料。
我们离开时开始收拾，10 分钟后才被告知不用担心。
整个过程中，工作人员都在打电话，似乎我们在那里很不方便。
唯一的好处是孩子们在里面玩得很开心，但是这次体验的性价比极差，而且组织得也不太好。
