A experience never to forget!!!

点评：What an experience today has been!! A 6 hour round trip to visit the most stunning fragrance shop. On arrival we was greeted by the most genuine and most helpful staff you could ever wish for. Earlier in the week I made a phone call to the shop and spoke to the owner Peter. Can I just say the customer service over the phone was outstanding, this was the selling point for me to go down to the shop and receive the full experience. When arriving Peter recognised me straight away and I felt very welcomed. We sat down and talked through lots of different varieties of fragrances. The story of there journey and knowledge of these fragrances was unbelievable. After a couple of hours I managed to narrow down 3 fragrances that I truly thought I loved. We left the shop for a while to have a think and smell of the fragrances that I tested. When we returned to the shop we discovered more fragrances that I fell in love with. The time and effort that Peter made for us today was incredible and I can’t thank him and his team enough for an unforgettable experience. We ended up walking out with 2 fragrances that I adore. All the extra miles Peter and his team made for us will make this experience one never to forget. I can truly say that I will never buy a fragrance from anywhere else but the Pulse of Perfumery.
