点评：Visiting Jensee Spa has been a terrible experience — not just once, but twice. Unfortunately, most of their staff appear to be untrained and lack proper professional skills. If you're unfamiliar with massage services, you might not realize that all they do is pour oil on you and start rubbing — and that’s what they call a massage. The same thing happened to me. I raised a complaint, and they did change the therapist, but the service did not improve.
During my most recent session, the therapist was incredibly rude, spoke loudly throughout, and barely did anything that resembled a proper massage. It felt like she was simply trying to waste time and fool me. I complained again, and while they offered a refund, they told me they didn’t have any alternative therapist available. It was not only a complete waste of time but also a deeply disrespectful way to treat a paying client.
If you still choose to visit Jensee Spa, I strongly advise you to insist on being assigned a trained and professional therapist in advance. Otherwise, you may end up with an experience as disappointing and frustrating as mine.
