We have been back from our Tanzania trip for a few days now and would like to thank you for the excellent organization.The ascent of Jane's Peak was a unique experience, and a dream has come true for us.Khalfan(guide), Fidelis (Chimps traker) and the whole team, whose efforts are immeasurable, cannot be thanked enough. The team was fantastic, and we could not have done better. Khalfan is an extremely exemplary guide.We learned a lot about the country, people, landscape, language and culture in very pleasant conversations. Khalfan an Fidelis handled the issue of altitude sickness very professionally and always kept a watchful eye on us.The whole team made us feel very welcome, which made the strenuous journey to the Chimpanzee as easy as possible.The food was excellent and far too much! We all made it and the feeling of standing on the Chimpanzee indescribable.We had initially dismissed the following visit to the Feeding station, Kakombe water falls as a “nice rest day”.But this day proved to be extremely valuable, as it gave us a deep insight into Tanzanian life off the beaten track, which we would not have wanted to miss.These amazing experiences will keep us fascinated for a long time to come.Thank you very much for everything!
I highly recommend beacon adventure and Safaris as your tour company for Gombe, Mahale and Katavi National Parks in Western Tanzania for Chimpanzee trekking.
