点评:We did the taste causeway chocolate making experience. This experience is 2.5 hours of chocolate heaven!
We made two different types of truffles using local causeway ingredients to flavour, we choose Mussenden sea salt and Paula McKintyre rum. There are plenty of other causeway ingredients to chose from, and half way through the afternoon Geri makes you a hot chocolate with her excellent chocolate… delicious.
We also made our own bar of caramel chocolate with a picture of the Mussenden temple and honeycomb milk chocolate bark. This is a very informative and fun way to spend an afternoon, Geri is a very good teacher and has an extensive amount of knowledge about chocolate, and the best bit is you take home a serious amount of delicious chocolate!
I WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND THIS EXPERIENCE IF YOU ARE A CHOCAHOLIC!
