点评：This is a terrible company which I would avoid at all costs. We rented 4 bikes for the afternoon. The first 20 minutes was spent trying to get the bikes to be released which involved entering the code multiple times at the front door - this was not explained in the initial email or on any of the documentation.
Due to this and having 2 x children now desperate to leave, we made the mistake of not checking the locks on our bikes. 2 hours into the ride it became apparent that the internal mechanism on one of the locks was broken so we couldn't leave the bikes for lunch as we had planned.
Upon return I tried emailing them to let them know about the lock (as a courtesy). This email bounced so I tried again later when we got back to our accommodation.
This happened on the Saturday. On the Monday (2 days later) I am then informed that they are withholding EUR45 for a broken lock saying that the key was broken in the lock.
They quote that the terms and conditions state that we should have checked the locks before we went but the facts are that we didn't break the lock. The damage that they are quoting as being done was different to the issue we reported.
After multiple requests for photos of the damage, the company is now ignoring me.
I believe that this is a scam. Please avoid as they will take your money at any opportunity even when the service they have provided is substandard.
