Awful, terrible, and a complete waste of time.

点评：Came here for a scheduled meeting with the event manager. I had the courtesy to call and text her beforehand, and—plot twist—she told me to come in. Silly me for assuming that meant I’d actually be allowed inside.
Enter security, who apparently runs a parallel universe where basic communication, verification, and manners are optional. I was informed—rudely and confidently—that I could not enter. Why? No explanation needed, obviously. Calling the event manager to confirm? Absolutely not. That would make far too much sense.
Instead, I was treated to an unnecessarily hostile attitude, as if showing up for an invited meeting was some kind of audacious life choice. Truly impressive commitment to being unhelpful.
If this venue prides itself on disorganization, arrogance, and wasting people’s time, then congratulations—you’re exceeding expectations. If not, you might want to start with aligning security with management, or at least teaching basic human interaction.
