点评:Arrived after booking two games and whilst at reception waiting to be allocated lanes my blood sugars suddenly dropped rapidly any diabetic will understand this, I asked the counter young girl for a sugary drink or chocolate quickly to which I was ignored , I explained why to be ignored yet again , I raised my voice simply to get her attention to which she gave me the sugar I needed . Now this is the truth half way through our game she stood behind me demanding an apology in front of my wife, daughter and grand children and would not go away always had to have the last word , I told her to get the manager because I did not owe her any apology in fact I was honestly expecting her apology , the manager came out and said I will not accept that you raised your voice to my staff please leave, she said I don’t care what you have to say just please leave , totally humiliating and will never return . they show a complete lack of training and I am in-touch with head office , I must apologise for what I called the so called manager on my exit but stupid is fitting .
