Good product, poor customer experience.

点评：Went to bowling with my wife and the bowling experience itself was good. Automatic bumpers for those who want them, image uploader for bowlers and the ability to order to your lane. Plenty of parking and getting checked in for the game was very quick.
Ordered some nachos before we started bowling and what we received was insulting. I get it, it's a bowling alley not a restaurant but also they serve simple quick food so nachos should be easy.
What we received was quite literally a plate of cold crisps with condiments on top. Probably about 3 grams of cheddar in there, clearly they'd be lying around for a long time, as I say there was not even a hint they'd been near an oven. I don't expect a culinary awakening but it's clear they don't care about customers when serving that pathetic excuse. It was also very late, we ordered before we started bowling and it came well into our second game.
Additionally the queues for the bar were terrible, 1 person on the bar and he was doing a great job making cocktails for people but unfortunately his management team left him out to serve everybody.
When you're charging over a tenner for a pint of cider and a small bottle of beer then you have to provide the service to match.
Had a few games of pool, table was good and toilets were clean.
