点评:My daughter went to this venue as part of a children's birthday party. The venue were told of dietary requirements well in advance. My daughter is coeliac.
Upon arrival the staff said that although there was gluten free bread available, the burgers contained gluten... so our daughter could have a bread bun. Even the chips were cooked in fryers that had gluten products in them meaning all their food was completely off the menu.
The menu mentions non gluten containing foods, and I understand kitchens in commercial venues will handle gluten, but it's not a big ask for a burger and gluten free bread bun.
Other children had dairy allergies to which the staffs reply was "oh dear"...
The menu offers vegan and vegetarian options for dietary lifestyle choices but does not cater to diseases and conditions. Very poor.
One staff member was very friendly in the putt stars area but overall there was no making up for the food situation. Most venues now cater for a range of requirements and when your local fish and chips shop can do it, you'd think a national chain could manage...
