Strange request and unclean.

点评：Trying to entertain older teens, we thought we would go for a game of footgolf. The first issue we encountered was on checking in. The young man informed me we would need to leave a deposit in the form of a credit card. I asked where I tap and he said ‘no, I need the physical card - it gets put up there on the shelf until you come back.’ I explained I wasn’t happy with this ( my card sitting on a shelf) so he said I could leave anything physical. I ended up leaving my car key but found this really bizarre for the price of 3 footballs!
Going on the play - the footgolf was good- similar to others we have been to, until we got about half way around and found 3 -4 holes with a large amount of doo poo! Quite off putting and not sure why dog walkers are using the footgolf area.
So a mixed experience but we would probably choose another site less complicated and cleaner in the future.
