点评：Let me tell you here about our horrible experience with this company! We were a large group of 23 people, and unfortunately, they only sent us one guide just to save money! This guide, named Sergei, was the worst person you could ever have on a trip—bullying, negative, and only knew how to complain. As for the so-called manager of the company, who lives outside of Russia, he was the worst person to deal with. He asks you to transfer money to accounts outside Russia in Georgia, then accuses you of stealing (as happened to us), only to later “apologize.” We went through very tough days until we finally left Russia with relief.
On our last day, Alex, the company manager, called the police on us and kept threatening us because he “claimed” he had not received his money. In the end, he apologized again and said it was a misunderstanding! I don’t know if this was due to excessive drinking or because he has personal issues.
This company is a scam, it treats people in the worst way, and it respects no one. I am here to warn you, and I will continue warning people everywhere.
In the end, despite all their bullying, we reached the summit because of our own strength—not because of them—since we changed the terrible guide Sergei.
