The Dog Park - Three Legged Cross的点评
点评：The adventure park itself was very good and had lots to offer and our dog very much enjoyed himself, but my only issue was that we hadn't been here before and the staff didn't explain where to enter and if there's anything to know or where to go if we need anything, we just ended up figuring it out ourselves, also when we arrived there wasn't a friendly hello who have you brought, the first comment made was "are you paying cash or card" and I understand they need to know this but felt very rushed.
As soon as we payed i went to ask a question but the guy walked away. We also still had 4 minutes left at the end of the session but was told that the next customer had arrived, so we ended up quickly grabbing our belongings. I also went and brought 2 drinks and it was advertised on a piece of agility equipment that all drinks are £1.50 so when i went to pay for a couple drinks I noticed a different price list so asked how much it would be and the staff responded with " prices are there aren't they" just felt a shame tbh I'm not sure if staff were just tired so may have been a one off but just my experience, I also rarely write reviews but feel like this park is a really good idea but maybe just a bit more friendliness was needed
