点评：Charles is a nice local who provides any tourist services you will need in Burundi (transfers, tours, visits etc)! He is very knowledgeable about his country, he is very polite and his smile is amazing!! But the most important!!! He speaks English fluently and this is not normally the case in Burundi! He is willing to fulfill anything you would want and he is always positive. Keep also in mind that Burundi isn't for everyone to go alone. I did it as i am very experienced but even me, i used Charles and his services for the two of total six days i was in the country for some transfers and a small tour. I repeat, i do not use tour operators in general. But i needed him and i am happy i did use his services. Finally, the prices are high in Burundi because of the huge fuel problem and the lack of broad infrastructure but i think Charles has the most competitive prices among the few local operators. Definitely not cheap but not super expensive like others. And last but not least, he is available in WhatsApp very often so you can find him fast! Highly highly recommended!!!
