I began my search for a quality med spa, specifically for eyelash extensions & medical grade facials. I found Sophia Kerr, founder & owner of Skin by Women (formerly Skin by Sophia).
Whether you’re a resident or visiting Kauai, I’ve done your homework! No need to go anywhere else! You’re welcome!

Sophia is passionate about her services, equipment & products. Her mission is to help all women with all types of skin look & feel beautiful & youthful! Her spa is inviting, her staff is friendly & knowledgeable.
This spa truly provides the very best medical facials that helps to minimize pores & tighten skin for dewey & smoothing results.
Well, there’s more! Sophia introduced me to the ultimate skin treatment - stem cell microneedling! She even trained in Paris to learn the very latest in technology & product.
This treatment has given my face a more youthful & healthy glow, eliminated my large pores & firmed my skin.
I recently returned to my favorite med spa in CA - they told me that my skin looked fantastic & asked me what I was doing & what products I was using! Wow! That was the greatest compliment that Skin by Women could receive!
