点评：This little cruise was an experience for sure and one we don't plan on taking part in again.
We might have been mislead a little bit by a shelling experience, but we expected some courtesy and respect from this Charter Company.
We were one minute late in getting to the dock from the parking lot ( our fault traffic was horrible that morning and we had an early start). We called and left a message and said we were only a few miles away and would be within minutes. We tried to park in the wrong parking lot by accident and that is what held us up. We had no idea where we were going since never using this Charter before. We were talking to the parking attendant about our parking pass when the boat pulled away from the dock. So our options were take the next boat out ( 2 hour wait) or a refund). We decided to get a bite to eat and wait it out.
We arrived back in plenty of time and were told " not to get on the boat but to sit at a table and wait" . Others arrived and seemed to have this part of their trip under control, they were "regulars". All of a sudden the Captain hollered for us to board or we would be left behind AGAIN. The people aboard were all seasoned travelers and make this trip often. When we first docked we had to ask if this was our stop and he said to "sit back down and we would get off at the next stop". The next stop came and it was in a swampy area without any sighting of a beach. He pointed to tell us we had to walk this way and then that way and we would find the beach.
With some help from a local person we found out that we needed to rent a Golf Cart and explore the island beaches that way. The one Golf Cart company on the island was very helpful for someone coming to the island for the first time. There is one place to eat and one small shop to look around in. We had a nice time just taking in the island and then we REBOARDED THE BOAT to head back.
We were at the dock at the swamp area to re board and went to get aboard the boat after all had departed and were told again to "Sit down and wait". The 15 minute ride back was quick and to the point.
This was our experience and will chose to make some changes for our next visit to the island.
