Disappointing and over priced

点评：after visiting on Sunday for your 11.30am slot and spending over £100 for 2 adults and 2 children, we were very disappointed with the whole experience.
We were crammed in like sardines, my two children could not hear or see anything happening at the front, the noise from the next room played over the voices of the room we were in, we couldn’t hear or see anything. I completely understand this time of year is busy but why cram so many people through at once!
What should have been a magical and enjoyable experience was the opposite. So disorganised and busy, we all came out very under whelmed.
We could have paid £5 each and attended the local santa but we decided to pay the extra to have a magical experience while the children are still young and believers.
Very over priced for the experience received.
