点评：Our lounge access was taken away from us with no notice.
Our flights were shifted from sun express to whizz air with no notice.
Most uncomfortable flight ever and we both have physical disabilities. We were split up on the plane too with my wife having panic attacks. We had to pay to sit together
We booked an adults only hotel because I have a compromised immune system. Halfway through the holiday, coach loads of families with children arrived, I left the hotel with a nasty chest infection taking 2 loads of anti biotics.
There was no communication from on the beach with any information about it despite me trying to contact them.
Absolutely disgusted with being treated like cattle and expected to roll over and take it and pay extra for it.
I'll never use them again.
With a projected profit of 18 to 21 million pounds for this fiscal year,
