Wrong lane obnoxious staff no help while visiting

点评：Very easy to become trapped on the access road leading to the ferry. You take a left turn leading immediately onto a yellow box junction then onto multiple lanes. If you keep to the left as being confused that’s the side of the road we drive on you find yourself in the priority lane. Waiting at red light with no way of Turing back but then watching other cars arrive in the far right lane. After 15mins the other lane light goes green and they drive off to the ferry whilst mine and all other lanes are red. Once I filter into the flowing lane that I now know by mistake is the correct one the boarding assistant pulled me to one side and told me arrogantly I was in the wrong lane and not to cross into the correct lane. Once on board the other assistant who was collecting payment for the crossings car machine wasn’t working. The ferry from a 1st time visitor was absolutely terrible and confusing. No help from the control tower who watched me being the first car for quite awhile waiting in the wrong lane with the ability to allow me to go first, but instead made an example of me after I tried to filter into the moving traffic to board. I will never use this service again if visiting and opt to drive around as not to put my family and myself though the stress and anxiety of not knowing what to do when faced with this terrible system.
