My unexpected kind of healing
Boracay Sound Healing Vibration的点评
点评：This Sound Healing Activity was a birthday gift to me and I booked the 75 minutes of Surround Sound Bath with Tuning Forks and Mental Vibration Massage.
First of all, the vibe was perfect. It was located a little bit away from the main Boracay Beach but it was only around 10 minutes from where I stayed, Station 3. It had a Bali-like facade and it was quiet, it was peaceful and everything you need to be away from the touristy spots of Boracay.
Teacher Cecille Acuña was my instructor for the day and she radiated a warm and space personality that I found myself listening to her lessons whole heartedly. She answered all of my questions in basic language but at the same time, you can sense her expertise in the field.
All the kinds of sounds were laid out to me and with my eyes closed, I sinked everything in. For one moment it felt lucid, like I was in a dream but not. It was then later explained to me that that was part of the experience. I was surprised that I was provided with pictures with all the equipment used on me. I almost didn't feel a thing after being surrounded with sounds. I woke up feeling a lot more whole, a lot more quiet and more knowledgeable. Every now and then I have to do this kind of cleansing because there is just so much healing out here in the world to discover -- even more than what our eyes can perceive.
Overall, thank you for this experience. It is one of a kind and surely something out of the scope of your ordinary Boracay trip. I must say, this is one of the highlights of my trip.
