点评:I gave a lower score because 1) Although it is sealed, it is a very long drive to get there; and 2) when you do get there, the road to the actual cape lookout is closed. Although the fish hatchery and the beach lookout at One Arm Point is there, without also being able to drive to the very top of the cape, which people have told me is spectacular, is the 2.5hr drive each way worth it? We'd packed a picnic lunch from Broome and enjoyed it overlooking a lovely ocean view at One Arm Point. We were there for a change of tide and could see a very rapid flow of water going past into King Sound. The peacefulness was most enjoyable, but the experience could perhaps be achieved in areas closer to Broome. Another drawcard is the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm. We hadn't intended going as we thought it would be too commercial. We did go and were surprised by how relaxed the place was. We didn't know you could stay there. A good atmosphere indeed. And yes, you can do the boat tour of the pearl farm and attend a talk on pearls and jewelry. But you didn't have to. Unless you have a good 4WD, the first stop to see history is Beagle Bay which is 1hr 40mins from Broome. Then another hour to One Arm Point.
