The arena is great fun and we have been quite a few times but was so disappointed when me and my 1 and half year old daughter ate here this week!
Ordered a children’s vegetarian macaroni cheese and it came with tiny pieces of bacon on (which I’m so glad I spotted before my daughter ate any) took back to counter and they acknowledged that they knew it was supposed to be vegetarian then was brought another one. Asked if I could get a refund as was really disappointed with what had happened… tasted the replacement and it tasted strange. Manager came to see us and told me that they would not refund it as they had replaced it- I explained that the replacement didn’t taste right either. Manager told me it’s because they had used vegan cheese?? (Also not what I ordered) asked if she could take that back too as my daughter wouldn’t eat it… still was not given a refund. So was left paying for a meal that came wrong twice and couldn’t be eaten. I was more frustrated that this wasn’t taken more seriously. My little girl has never eaten meat and I’m just glad I was on the ball and noticed it! Could you imagine if it had been an allergy and she had eaten it! Definitely won’t risk eating here again - it’s a shame because the other food has tasted great in the past.
