Ok Massage but poor customer services

点评：Massage was good, not outstanding.
Poor customer attention. When I arrived, I was offered a lemonade with honey. I informed the staff that I was vegan, so i could not take honey, milk, butter, eggs, etc. I asked if they have any alternative drink and she denied. Then, I request that, as I was supposed to be given a drink and a snack after the massage, if it could be vegan, and again I explained what cannot be included (honey, milk, butter, eggs, etc.). The staff said that the snack offered after the massage was vegan, the only concern was nuts. To ensure that they understood, I also wrote in the consent form to be filled and signed before the massage my dietary restrictions. I am not sure if this form is read by the staff before giving the massage.
After the massage, i was offered a green tea and the snack. I trusted her previous confirmation and that they have understood my oral and written request.
When I passed by the shop few days after, I read the ingredients of the snack in the packing list. There was honey in it! Luckily, it is a food choice and not an allergy. I would be in the hospital otherwise! I had a small indigestion during the day
