Holiday of a lifetime with a fabulous tour company

点评：An experience of a lifetime. We went on the self drive tour of Namibia, which Sammy-Jo of Namibia Tours and Safari tweaked and tailored to what we were looking for. It was the perfect combination of independent travel but with their expertise, knowledge and support to create an itinerary that showed us the highlights of Namibia and booked accommodation that was good throughout and excellent in many cases.
Although there is quite a bit of driving (the maximum was about 6 hours, but most travel days were about 4 hours), it was well worth it to see the incredible, awe inspiring and diverse landscape of Namibia. Everywhere was so dramatic, but the absolute highlights were Sossusvlei and Etosha. We had amazing close up views of wild animals and birds throughout the holiday and especially at Etosha.
The self drive option was perfect for us, it felt like independent travel but with a safety net of support should there be any emergency (which thankfully there weren't). We were free to stop where and for as long as you wanted on route and to explore the areas we stayed in ourselves.
The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have had even longer! I can 100% recommend Namibia Tours and Safaris and we will use them again to explore Botswana and Zambia.
