点评：We were booked on the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Wall St and 9/11 tour. We got to the meeting place 20 min prior to the pick up time. Lots of other people waiting and the guide did not turn up. There was no communication. Someone else called this operator and they put the phone down on them and then blocked them. I called from my number and was told there was no booking. I was then asked for the booking number and he put the phone down on me. I also tried to contact Viator who were also awful in their customer service and told us to wait. A guide eventually was found but we lost 90 min of the trip. We were allocated times per attraction. 40 min Battery Park. This never happened. 2 hours Statue of Liberty. We had 30 minutes just enough to walk around and a quick look in the museum. Ellis Island should have been an hour and we got 30 minutes not enough to even cover the audio tour. We then got told to pay for our transport to 9/11. I challenged this and said we were meant to see Wall St. The guide said she was only paid until 2pm. However she did walk us through Wall St but told us there was no time to take photos of The Raging Bull or Fearless Girl and we could come back in our own time. Onto 9/11. Again rushed and into the Oculus where she announced she was leaving us. Absolutely appalling service from Attractions4Us LLC and no better from Viator. We could have done all of this ourselves and spent more time and each area. I have asked for a partial refund
