Karting Club Tenerife的点评
点评：We visited today with our family of 5. We had two persons 18+ (46 & 21) and one 16 year old driving the cart. Our experience was very pour. When we arrived and asked where to show our tickets, the people weren’t friendly at all. Once we arrived to the reception, you have to register yourself. No one helped. All staff chatted with each other instead of doing their job. There was no explanation to the carts. You all just have to figure it out yourself. The 16 year old had a slower card competing with the faster carts. It was ridiculous to see. Like a kids attraction. He barely fitted. When we complained, the staff told us he could go in the faster cart with permission. When we gave permission they told us we had to give it in advance. How were we supposed to know when no one told us that this is possible??? Once they started there were two very fast and brutal cars (that were attached to the club) racing with them. They pushed people out of the lane and drove very dangerous. When we told the staff about this they did nothing about it. There were carts for €30 and faster ones for €35. They raced against each other. No wonder the faster cars won😂 After we drank something, we saw a staff member smoking inside. I would not recommend this place.
翻译：今天我们一家五口来游玩。我们有两名18岁以上的成年人（46岁和21岁），还有一名16岁的孩子负责驾驶卡丁车。我们的体验非常糟糕。到达后，当我们询问在哪里出示门票时，工作人员一点都不友好。到了接待处后，还需要自行登记。没人提供帮助。所有工作人员都在互相闲聊，根本不履行职责。关于卡丁车的使用方法也没有任何说明，全得靠自己摸索。那个16岁的男孩坐在一辆速度较慢的卡丁车里，与那些速度更快的赛车同场竞技。这一幕简直荒谬至极，就像儿童游乐项目一样。他的身体几乎都挤不进车里。我们提出投诉后，工作人员说只要得到许可他就能坐进更快的赛车。可当我们给予许可后，他们又说必须提前提出申请才行。根本没人告诉我们这是可行的，我们怎么可能事先知道呢？？？比赛开始后，有两辆速度极快且性能极强的赛车（隶属于俱乐部）也加入了比赛，与他们展开竞速。他们把其他人挤出车道，开车方式极其危险。当我们向工作人员反映这种情况时，他们却置若罔闻。那里有收费30欧元的卡丁车，还有收费35欧元的更快的卡丁车。这些车手们还互相竞速。难怪开更快车的人能赢啊😂 我们喝完饮料后，还看到一名工作人员在室内抽烟。我绝对不推荐来这个地方。
