点评:As a tourist, the ski resort was actually nice for its activities at reasonable rates. However, the MANAGEMENT was 2 THUMBS DOWN. If you ever had any issue, DO NOT EXPECT A RESOLUTION. Come to Shymbulak at your own risk.
They have a reschedule policy that we followed. I sent a reschedule request (originally 9am, to move to 11am) a WEEK PRIOR to the ski lesson. The staff DID NOT REPLY after getting all the information he needed. No call answer as well. The customer service in the website seems to be always a bot. I constantly followed up daily and was GHOSTED until the day of the lesson.
When we were there at 9am, I showed the 11am reschedule request and their lack of response on the confirmation. The answer I got "SEE, NO RESPONSE" which was really ridiculous because it was their deificiency yet made it look like my fault. I was offering solution for us to move to the nearest possible because it was taking hours for them to solve it out. Finally, they found a spot for us at 1pm.
For SOME REASON THEY COULD NOT DISCUSS, they asked us to PAY ANEW (2 pax 1 instructor = 27,000T) and will do a refund for the supposedly rescheduled lessons (2 pax 2 instructors = 48,000T). WHY NOT just USE that amount we already PAID? It ended up them promising a 100% refund.
When we left the ski resort, they sent a message that ONLY 70% WILL BE REFUNDED and shall expect refund in 2 days. Reason was because "we provided incorrect data." Really ridiculous blaming the customer for their own mistake of not responding at all in the first place when we have followed all the terms of their reschedule policy.
It has been MORE THAN 2 WEEKS and there is NO REFUND AND NO RESPONSE on email, call, or Whatsapp.
I am not expecting a refund now because of the kind of management that they have. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDING this place to anyone.
