Utterly beautiful glen. I feel privileged to live so close.

点评：OMG, I can't believe I'm just the second person to review this, although maybe I ought to keep quiet because it's an absolute hidden gem.
It's stunningly beautiful, with well maintained footpaths through steep gorges cut by two separate rivers and saturated in lush greenery.
The railway is immaculately maintained by clearly dedicated enthusiasts, the waterwheel is like something out of a fairy tale; toward the bottom is a near swamp like area reminiscent of Jurassic Park; and if you meander to the coast, the cove and cliff top views are gorgeous.
And if you come across the wizard (hard to miss), follow the custom of previous visitors and leave him a little token gift from nature (shell, pebble, flowers, pinecones).
It may be a challenge for someone with mobility issues, but otherwise it's a wonderful little place to escape for a couple of hours.
