点评:My whole issue is with the coffee shop here and NOT the other facilities, which, on the whole, my Grandchildren sort of enjoyed. Far too noisy for me, but we were there for the young ones.
Now, to matters more pressing, the coffee shop. I placed an order for one Double Espresso and a small Americano, milk on the side, not knowing it was self service milk, my pet hate anyway. I was charged £8.70, went back to the table and mentioned this to my Son, who promptly said, “That is not right Mum, it should be £2.69 for my Espresso”. I went back to the girl, who said”No, that right, Double Espresso means we have to charge for two”. Back to the table, spoke to my Son and he pointed to the printed Menu, so back to the counter, with the menu, showing her, then she said”Oh, you are right, but we cannot refund, so choose something else”. What an attitude, I did choose something else, have no idea as to how much it was, but am still out of pocket here? Even the second member of staff was not helpful either, trying to bluff her way out of any confrontation with me, the customer.
It made me wonder just how many more unsuspecting customers have been duped by staff like that!
We did ask both the children what they thought of the whole place, they would not wish to go back, I certainly do not!!
