For instance, the guide's phone broke, leaving us without a reliable GPS since the guide didn't have a mountain GPS device. When I developed a leg inflammation, the guide offered a heating gel but instead provided Flamigel, a burn treatment, which was inappropriate for the situation.
Unexpected costs and itinerary changes impacted the trip. The original direct flight with Aegean Airlines was changed to a connecting flight with Air Dolomiti, significantly increasing the trip duration. This change resulted in an overnight delay at the airport. Additionally, there were unforeseen expenses related to the trip that were initially claimed to be part of the package.
And finally, uncomfortable and inappropriate behavior detracted from the trip. The guide made repeated comments that were unwelcome and personally offensive. Many incidents involved unwanted physical contact and a particularly inappropriate comment suggesting a massage. For example, when I had the inflammation on my leg, he said, "You could really use a knee massage from me, but what can I do that you are shy with me" and when he gave me the Flamigel, he quickly applied it on my leg himself despite me telling him not to touch me.

The collaboration among the group helped to mitigate the challenges of the trip. I am grateful for the support of my companions and would not participate in another trip organized by this individual.
