The Executive Lounge的点评
点评：We seen the executive lounge on groupon so we thought we would give it a try as it looks good in the pictures and also has a few tiktok videos.
When we arrived were greeted warmly by the receptionist. The bowling area was not to the same standard as tempin bowling and there was no option to input names for the game. The plus side was there was a pool table available and a PS5. (But unfortunately the PS5 was turned off).
Midway through our game of bowling and the odd game of pool in-between we had a little break to pray and then went back to the bowling area. By now the female staff had swapped to a new girl who was not as friendly. We asked her to start our 2nd game of bowling and mentioned if the PS5 could be turned on and she stated they all don't work. As we carried on with our game she came and took the pool cues away without saying a word which seemed a bit weird.
So overall the place has potential but seems to be of a lower standard than advertised and one of the staff may need to practice on her customer service skills as it does have a negative impact on the business. Don't think we will be going again unless it has some drastic upgrades.
