Space Adventurers Indoor Play的点评
点评：I’ve have visited space adventure many times and have had a few annual memberships. One currently still in date.
However on my latest visits in April and May. I’ve left feeling very disappointed. At what I once felt had high standards. The soft play doesn’t appear to be kept to as high cleaning as previous, noticed holes in the netting, dusty and in the sensory room- there is wires hanging of the wall. I had to make staff aware of feces spread around the women toilets twice before it
Was cleaned.
I also had to mention about children not following rules to management-I understand it’s parents jobs to ensure children are safely using the equipment however to allow a child to run up the slides, causes injury’s to children following the soft correctly. Especially on busy days!
But my main concern was after visited, was a part of the role play village is being updated, looks great however two chairs and sign most children are unable to read to keep them out of this space is responsible if left in a safe condition. We arrived to see a SAW, ladder and nuts and bolts just left on the floor unattended during our time. With just a chair between that and the children. I felt this was very unreasonable and extremely unsafe. I did report to staff whom remove the saw. And left other items in the role play. it seem unsafe to be left unattended in a children play area that is aimed at 0-12 years old.
