Excellent winery experience in Hudson Valley

点评：We recently visited this winery on a quick trip through the Hudson Valley region. It was a Saturday, so we made a reservation for when they opened. I'm not sure it was necessary, but they did allow us to choose our spot - which was a nice table not more than 15 feet from the vineyard, nicely shaded. The staff here is excellent and the venue is really cute, but definitely cozy. We enjoyed some of their food offerings - all locally sourced and delicious (cheese, cherry jam, etc.). The demi baguette we got was still warm, so they may make that on site. But what about the wine? Excellent too. We purchased three bottles and narrowing it down to that was not easy.
I usually like a tasting where the wine host gives you some information about each wine. This is not that place, but the experience works anyway. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and chatted with us at length when she could. I don't think it is possible to have a bad time at this winery!
