Disappointed by the staff
Hayling Island Donkey Sanctuary的点评
点评：My family and I stopped by today to have a look at the donkey sanctuary as we were staying in the area for my birthday today.
Unfortunately not knowing the area we thought the sanctuary was open. One gate was open and one was locked. I had looked at the wrong website for opening times.
Within 30 seconds of entering a staff member started shouting at my children and I. Very disappointing to be spoken in that manor. When I apologised as we honestly didn’t know it was closed the staff member continued to be rude.
Such a shame as I have heard wonderful things about this place but I always believe it pays to be understanding and kind and my children were quite upset about the whole matter.
I will unfortunately not returning to the donkey sanctuary when it is open. I am sure it is wonderful and they are doing great work to protect and look after the donkeys. I real shame.
