点评:I will not be surprised to know that this museum is one of the very few locations in my country where one can do it. At least, I've never heard of such venues.
One should book the ceremony well in advance, and it goes in Russian. It's not a big snag, however, since tasting needs no linguistic expertise.
The show was run by a young guy in national attire called Fyodor. He offered us a three-course lunch consisting of kolobok, or a small round bun, meat and fish pottage served in a small pot with a dough lid, farro in a clay pot, and buckwheat oladyi (small thick pancakes) with honey—as a dessert.
I wouldn't call all this a Michelin-starred discovery, but it was not intended to wow one's taste buds, after all.
The museum is intriguing too, although the navigation there is exclusively in Russian.
Definitely worth going, especially if you have children.
