点评：When we arrived I went straight to the toilet, a very young girl comes in with a nose bleed and unfortunately there weren’t any hand towels.. she ended up being the worker who distributes the clubs and balls. When we got on the ‘course’ there were massive family groups (all ages) and long waiting times for each hole, 10-15 minutes. So, we ended up skipping 3. *I would recommend time limits for each hole, splitting up big groups into two and adhering to time slots.*
Some of the staff were incredibly unprofessional and young. I purchased two whippy ice creams with chocolate sauce, the girl serving asks me to hold the ice cream while she puts the sauce on, I did and she proceeded to squeeze half a bottle on the top of the ice cream to which it just pours all over my hand and up my arm. I thought fine, simple mistake (no apology), so I grabbed loads of napkins and gave it to my partner…Second ice cream, I’m asked to hold it again, she proceeds to do exactly the same thing, at this point I am covered in chocolate sauce (I wish I was exaggerating). This server bursts into hysterics and only once she was done laughing was I offered a ‘wet one’. I just walked away in disbelief and sat next to my partner, he noticed I had chocolate sauce all over my hands, arms, legs and white trainers. I then ate my ice cream and headed to the toilet to clean up.. again there was a woman bursting to go and no toilet roll or hand towels so I walk out the toilet to find someone who works there and there wasn’t anyone in the cafe area. I manage to find my partner and he goes into the men’s to get me some paper.
This was such a bizarre day I can’t believe I’m even having to write this, but couples aged above 25 should probably avoid if you want to have a fun and not be covered in sticky chocolate sauce by a teenager.
