Dakhla Quad & Events的点评
点评：Not really too much that I can review about this company. Was given a flyer by my hotel for Dakhla Quad Events and decided to book the Sunset Trail, a 90 minute ride in the desert. Arranged pick up time and place.
On the day, sat waiting for an hour past the allotted time and no show. Apparently the guide had injured themselves and rather than inform my hotel or me just kept quiet. It took me chasing down the hotel and no answer, and later the company itself.
Totally appreciate that unexpected events happen but it’s courtesy to perhaps inform someone rather than leave them in the dark.
Speaks volumes about their professionalism and it would make me uneasy if that’s their attitude towards clients (especially if their professional guide had been injured, doesn’t give much confidence in their safety). As a former motocross racer I know it’s dangerous but even so.
